Ordered a hoodie from Urban Planet and of course it ended up being a bit too big on me, which was annoying because I really didn’t feel like dealing with a whole exchange. But it went way smoother than I expected. The girl at the counter was nice, didn’t ask a bunch of unnecessary questions, and helped me find the right size fast. I was in and out quickly, which I appreciated because I’m not exactly patient with stuff like that. Overall, good experience and I’d shop there again

I ordered a few tops and a pair of jeans from Urban Planet, i’m happy with the clothes themselves. The fabric feels better than I expected, not thin or cheap like some other places, and the shirts have been through a couple washes already with no weird shrinking or fading. The jeans fit nicely too, and the stitching seems solid. For the price, the quality is really good. My only issue is that I felt kind of ignored when I had a question about my order and didn’t really get much help, which was frustrating. Still, the items turned out better than I expected.

I literally got some really nice discounts, and the checkout process was easy too. Overall, it was a smooth experience.

Overall, it was fine, but I did feel like it was a bit pricey. I checked my email receipt afterward and kind of had that moment of, “Oh, that added up faster than I expected.”

I’m usually stuck between sizes, so I was expecting at least one thing to fit weird, but the jeans actually sat nicely on my waist without feeling too tight. The tops were a good length too, which I appreciated because I don’t like when shirts are super short on me.
Everything felt comfy and easy for me to wear, and I didn’t have to overthink the sizing. I’d definitely order from them again.

I picked up a couple tops from Urban Planet and they seemed really soft when I first tried them on. After wearing them for a few hours though, they started to feel a bit itchy, which was kind of annoying. I mean, for the price I guess I can’t complain too much, but also if something feels soft at first, I feel like it should stay comfy all day? They’re still cute, just probably not my first choice for wearing from morning to night.

I ordered a few basic shirts from Urban Planet they looked good when they first arrived. But after just a couple of washes, a few of them started stretching out a bit and the color faded more than I expected. For the price, I guess they’re not terrible, and I can still wear them, but I definitely thought they’d hold up better. Also, it’s kind of annoying that it’s not super clear who actually owns or stands behind the quality when something like this happens. Feels like you’re just left figuring it out yourself.

I’ll admit, urban-planet.com usually has the sizes and colors I’m looking for, which is more than I can say for a lot of clothing sites. A few things I wanted did sell out quickly, which was annoying, but the inventory is generally decent and seems to get updated often enough. It’s not perfect, but it’s still better than a lot of other places I check.
